Unfortunately the Mr. Hero website has absolutely zero ingredient and allergen information on their website. We were able to stop into a location, and from a cursory check, it seemed that pretty much 100% of their food had soy in it in one form or another.

Because "most" people do not have a reaction to highly refined soybean oil, most restaurants and food labels will not even list food as containing soy if it "merely" contains soybean oil. [read more]
