We get the Roast beef or ham with our own bread.
Swiss Cheese or amazingly the Cheese Sauce is soy free.
We got the apples but found out that the yogurt dipping sauce that comes with the apples contains soy.
And of course the not healthy, but soy free kraft macaroni and cheese.

Our kids have outgrown their soy allergies, but we keep this site running to help everybody else who is going through the same grief.

Because "most" people do not have a reaction to highly refined soybean oil, most restaurants and food labels will not even list food as containing soy if it "merely" contains soybean oil. [read more]
