I have found that the Cheesecake Factory is EXTREMELY allergy friendly, and there were actually many options. I have eaten there 3 times recently (and at different locations) and I haven’t been “soyed” once. They will also let you know if there is soybean oil in the food.
We don’t have any close to us, but we’ll definitely look for one next time we’re on the road.

Our kids have outgrown their soy allergies, but we keep this site running to help everybody else who is going through the same grief.

Because "most" people do not have a reaction to highly refined soybean oil, most restaurants and food labels will not even list food as containing soy if it "merely" contains soybean oil. [read more]
