We came to Carrabba’s for our son’s birthday. The very nice waitress came out with an ice cream sundae for him. It was an extremely nice gesture, but it didn’t really go as the waitress had planned. Instead of being excited, we all had worried looks as we all assumed that our son wouldn’t be able to eat it. So while she went to check the ingredients, he blew out the candle and made his wish (his wish was that he could eat the ice cream sundae!)
Well, his wish came true. Amazingly (along with their butter) they make their own ice cream and chocolate sauce — needless to say, if you’re making your own ice cream and chocolate sauce, you #1) know what’s in it and #2) don’t need to put soy in it!
