Fortunately all of Schmit’s sausage is soy free, so our kids can eat at Schmit’s buffet and they definitely won’t go hungry. The sauerkraut and mashed potatoes are also soy free. Aside from that, pretty much everything else on the buffet or in the restaurant has soy in it, including the macaroni and cheese, german potato salad, and american potato salad.
