We had pretty much given up on all pizza franchises, as every one that we ever checked always had soy in the crust (“dough conditioning”, I think. Not sure what that means, but that’s been relayed to us on at least one occasion) or in the sauce itself.
At the insistence of our friends Kim & Bill, we went ahead and checked out Marco’s Pizza. We figured it’d be a quick “no”, but the more we dug, the more we were pleasantly surprised. Aside from their Italian sausage and chicken, the kids can have all of the other (non-dessert) toppings. All of the dessert pizzas have soy in them.
Getting to their allergy menu is kind of frustrating. They won’t even let you look at a menu unless you pick a location, and I still had to google their allergy information. Be warned, ingredient lists are shown in boxes that only show 5 lines of text, so you have to do a lot of scrolling to see everything (or copy and paste the ingredients into a text editor).
This is the one we ate at, but they are a nationwide chain.

I'm trying to track allergen information for every restaurant that we eat at. With my son's soy allergy, each time we eat at a restaurant, it can take up to 30 minutes to figure out what he can eat. Especially since most restaurants don't accurately represent their usage of soy.
